Our Process

_Step 1: Send us your project files. We will need floorplans, elevations, sections and material references. If you need assistance to design or complete your project don't worry!, we can do it for you.

We can work from AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max, PDF, JPG files and hand drawing sketches. If you have any other format file please ask for it.

_Step 2: We will reply with a detailed price and work proposal in the next 24 hours. A signed approval or notice to proceed is needed for work to start.

_Step 3: Please note that we do not collect advance payments, you make the payment only when the job is 100% completed and you are happy with the results _ Of course you will :). 

Founds are accepted thru online payment using Pay Pal, Payoneer or you can made an electronic bank transaction. If you need an electronic invoice we can send it.

_Step 4: We will begin work, progress images of the 3d model (with a temporary watermark) will be sent via email or Dropbox within 1-2 days.

_Step 5: Based on our progress images, we will need your comments or markups. Please note that all the required revisions are free of charge. (always they are done in the pre rendering process)

_Step 6: We will send you the link to a Dropbox folder containing the final images with a temporary watermark, if you are satisfied we will request the full payment. Once payment is received the watermark will be removed and the final HQ image will be updated in the Dropbox folder.
